At ApnaChiz, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Defective Product Replacement
If you receive a defective product, you may be eligible for a replacement under ONE condition:
- You must have an unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery — showing you opening the parcel and testing the product on camera.
- Claims without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Replacement and exchange will delivered 15-20 days .
- No refund
Non-Returnable Items
- Electric and personal care products once opened and used cannot be returned.
- COD orders where package seal has been broken are not eligible for return.
