At ApnaChiz, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Defective Product Replacement

If you receive a defective product, you may be eligible for a replacement under ONE condition:

  • You must have an unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery — showing you opening the parcel and testing the product on camera.
  • Claims without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement and exchange will delivered 15-20 days .
  • No refund 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electric and personal care products once opened and used cannot be returned.
  • COD orders where package seal has been broken are not eligible for return.
