1. General

ApnaChiz provides everyday life upgrade products including utility gadgets designed to solve real problems. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.

2. Products & Availability

All products listed on ApnaChiz are subject to availability. We operate a dropshipping and private-label model; product images are representative of the item you will receive. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods available at checkout.
  • In case of payment failure, no amount will be deducted. If an amount is deducted without order confirmation, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days depending on your location within India.
  • ApnaChiz is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
  • We currently ship only within India.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, product descriptions, and images are the property of ApnaChiz or its suppliers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ApnaChiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
